This is a great program to get you started towards your goals.

The program includes;

  • An initial assessment analyzing at your 3-5 day food journal and detailed intake questionnaire
  • 2x 30 minute calls booked within 4 weeks of plan purchase

I want to get to know you, your needs and how I can create solutions for you. Through our initial consultation process you will be provided with a detailed PDF of everything we will cover during our 1 hour consultation. I will spend the time on my own preparing your detailed document based on the information I am provided with.

Follow up 30 minute calls will be booked after our first assessment call. We will focus on goals set out by you, when you fill the intake forms. If I think other goals should be included, we can discuss further. All three calls should occur within a 4 week period so that I can hear feedback and tweak anything accordingly, getting you started off with motivation and momentum.

This program is a great way to get started on your journey towards improved health and nutrition. If your goal is fat loss, I suggest going beyond the start up program. Fat loss and body composition change is a process that takes time working together. It’s important for me to learn more about you, see how much time you take to adjust to change and what types of solutions work best for you. By getting feedback from you on different occasions, this is possible.

Behaviors are typically well ingrained, and it can take time to undo years of habits. Be patient with yourself during this process.  Through consistent time working together we can work to create lasting changes and I can learn more about what types of solutions will best suit you and your lifestyle.
My goal is to educate you during every conversation, so that you can take control of your own nutrition for years to come.

Education is empowering and connects the dots between what you eat, your health and your ability to perform as an athlete and age well, giving you the best quality of life you can have. By gaining applicable knowledge you will be better able maintain your new nutrition habits and spot nutrition myths you come across in the media. There’s so much false information hitting the news and media and having that additional insight can really help to alleviate some of the nutrition confusion.
