Vegetarian plans will be meat free and depending on your preferences and assessment can or can not have eggs and fish in them. Details will be discussed during the initial consultation regarding what type of vegetarian you are.
Vegetarian recipes will be included in the plan so that you can make them in bulk and have them prepared for days at a time or possibly freeze them. NSAG will assure you are getting enough protein in your plan and suggest any supplements you may need in order to assure optimal health.
Vegetarian plans fall in the Platinum or Titanium Custom Plan categories.
