As a professional cyclist, much of my time is spent on the bike training, working to improve fitness and seeking optimum performance to be ready for any race day situation. This laser focus on training resulted in overlooking a key element in my training plan…nutrition. To fully get the most out of my training plan and race performance, I honed in on my nutritional needs both on and off the bike. Once I started working with Anne I instantly noticed an enormous difference in how I felt, not only on the bike, but off it as well. My stage racing Stamina has really improved. Anne has done an amazing job at helping me learn which foods to eat, when to eat them and the overall importance of nutrition within my training plan. Anne has helped me target my personal numbers for weight, body composition, and performance all while maintaining strength and fitness to race at the highest level. Not only does Anne provide nutritional plans, she provides nutritional education along the way. Anne also has a lot of belief in me and is alway svery positive along the way! I now feel confident in the nutritional choices I make to see that my body is properly fueled before, during and after a training ride or intense race.
